Delete your TradeConnect account
You can delete your account in the app or right here. It's permanent.
In the app
Open TradeConnect → Profile tab → scroll down → Delete account → confirm.
On this website
Sign in with the email and password you use in the app, then confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your login, profile, photo and phone number
- Contractors: your listing, trades, service areas and uploaded license documents
- Messages you sent may stay visible to the people you sent them to
- We may keep limited records where the law requires it or to resolve an open dispute
Can't sign in? Email thefemtechbahamas@outlook.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
